This is Sienna, my 5-year-old daughter…
With her new favorite mealtime tool.
Today, she eats virtually anything I serve for dinner.
Even the foods that used to make her cry, or gag, or run the other direction.
Gosh, I used to get soooo nervous whenever I had brussel sprouts, mushrooms, or fish on the dinner menu.
Because I knew Sienna would have a meltdown.
I couldn’t even get these foods on her plate most times.
But it’s not like that anymore thanks to a new game-changing mealtime tool I'm about to share!
Now, I can put virtually any food on the table, and she will actually eat it.
Broccoli, spinach, asparagus, oysters, tomatoes, lettuce, kale, kiwi, raspberries…
You name it.
Her response to these foods has COMPLETELY changed.
I simply put this new mealtime tool on the table with any food...
And in the next few minutes...that food disappears. Into her little tummy.
The best part: she eats it without us having to bribe her with dessert, or beg her to taste it.
It used to drive me crazy hearing her say “I don’t like mushrooms” without even trying it.
How could she possibly know?!
The benefits of this new mealtime tool don’t stop at the food though…
My daughter is also having fun, getting creative, sitting at the table MUCH longer (she used to be so fidgety, getting up and down a million times).
AND an unexpected bonus…
She gets to practice her spelling and reading while examining each food… like a “food scientist”.
But it wasn’t the case at all back in the day.
You see, Sienna was what we would call an “extremely picky eater”.
Holding food in her mouth for long periods, crying at the table, and even rejecting foods she ate previously...
That was a typical day for us.
It was more stress than any parent should ever have to experience.
So trying to make her eat most veggies felt impossible!
